A connoisseur of the fine wines of his homeland, Alistair recognised a rare magic in Chirvân's sun-drenched hills, crisp mountain breezes and rich soil. He planted noble French grape varieties, nurturing them with the time-honoured traditions of France.
The microclimate did what no cellar could. Long, warm days and cool mountain nights drew a depth and vibrancy from the vines that their French homeland had never given them — a premium wine that gracefully outshines tradition.
